CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required so we may offer this time to someone else.

Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the total price of the treatment initially reserved for you.

For groups of 6 or more 48 hours notice is needed to cancel the appointments.
